i have a Dom male friend who is very keen to develop my experience and tolerance of cbt. I am eager to explore but wd be grateful if you can help over the possible dangers of the following: inserting salt into my penis (something i have done under his supervision and found erotically painful), introducing after shave into my penis (which was VERY painful and i could not pursue this)inserting sounds into my penis (erect and semi erect) we have done this already and again taking care to sterilize and not to force the sound into my penis, this was very erotic and not painful;tying up the balls (very erotic and since the ties were not tight, this caused no evident harm) and kicking to the balls which was vERY painful and yet seemed to leave no long term damage.

Thank you for any help or leads as to where we can obtain guidance; we have a loving developing relationship but neither of us want to cause/suffer permanent damage

You should not insert anything into your penis that is not sterile. Sounds play is fine as long as you NEVER FORCE the sound--you let it drop in of it's own weight and there is no such this as too much lube. As for ball bondage you don't want to cut off the blood supply and kicking is dangerous and stupid. Needles (sterile hypodermic needles and sterile procedure) CAN be safely inserted through both penile and scrotal skin. Clips and clamps can also be applied safely for period of up to 15 minutes at a time. Abrasion is uncomfortable and reasonably harmless--rubbing the erect penis and scrotum with a firm hairbrush. A cock cage with points to make an erection painful is also fairly harmless.  Keep in mind that the key here is safe, sane and consensual and if your "Dom Friend" wants to do something to you that you don't want done, SAY NO AND MEAN IT!
