Question
I was wondering if there are any gags that can convert noise (screams or moans)
into another sound.  Also about how much would this kind of product run me?

As far as I know, there are no gags of this kind yet made, although one that sounds like a sheep would be a hoot! If the idea is to quiet things down with the screams and moans, a common gasmask, minus the filter will deaden the sound to the point where a scream will have about the same volume as normal conversation, but still allow the sub or slave to communicate with their Dominant.

With the intake valve removed, there is no laboring to get a breath, but the sounds will be muffled. There is also the added convenience of being the perfect device for breath play, as the mask is designed to seal to the sides of the head when worn. I personally prefer the Israeli type, as it fits snugly, and has a five point strap system making it hard to be dislodged by the slave or sub.

Remember, though, that when bound, and masked, the slave or sub CANNOT free themselves, nor call for help, so it is imperative that the slave or sub NEVER be left alone, even for a minute while in this predicament. It only takes seconds for something to go very seriously wrong, and if alone, the slave or sub could have their life compromised.
