Where can a new Dom/me find info on setting up scenes and such ? I've noticed almost everything, as far as questions are geared to the sub/slave. Thank you in advance.

The best answer is to follow the sub advice in reverse. Set up those situations for them, if you are reading suggestions.

Otherwise the best advice is to follow your own desires and fantasies. Setting scenes requires your own tastes  and romantic (SM) sense. Even if you are new, you've ideas about what should a Dom be, do, act. And also the type of room, mood and place to make a scene. Follow your own fantasies, ideas and tastes. YOU are the one in Charge. Not anyone else. You are the DOMINANT, your will is the one that matters.

Everyone else's are mere suggestions.
