Question
Is it ok to take the pain away to use nipple clamps when inserting large anal toys? I find it helps any advice?

Answer
That is perfectly fine, as long as the clamps do not stay longer than twenty minutes. Any longer, and you run the chance of getting an infection due to lack of circulation.
