i Want to have my wife at my feet beging to let her lick my feet. How can i do that

As simple as asking her. But then again the dynamics must be established about who is in charge and who will lead. Your likes and dislikes and talked about before hand, and agreed mutually.
You negotiate, or compromise if she is not willing to try it your way. But the point would be to make it appealing to her so she is willing to devout herself to you in such manner.
How to obtain what we want? if there is people involved, we ask them. And we work to obtain it.
Try it. Sometimes it is just as simple.
