QUESTION: thats close but not quiet what i meant. the device i was looking for is like a Saint Andrews Cross laid flat atop a central support with the wrist and ankle restraints attached to movable ratchet/ wench type tools that pull outward from the center, like a four way "inquisition" Rack.

The truth about the fetish equipment industry is that much of it is made by craftsmen. The materials and time involved can make things very expensive without knowing whether there will be a buyer.
