QUESTION: I have heard that pee is sterile but I am not sure. I have a friend that wants to pee into my mouth. Is this safe?

ANSWER: Dear Dave.
Thank you for the question. Piss can be a vector for a number of communicable diseases... i would not recommend allowing your partner to piss in your mouth unless they have been tested for stds, HIV and HEP C. This type of play is recommended for external use only. In addition to exchange body fluids with untested partners is always a risk. I would proceed with caution.
