i am an experienced adult male sub for at least 10 years. i have experienced and greatly enjoyed all aspects of the sub-world successfully by a group of experienced mistresses. however, despite several attempts, i so far failed to get a complete anal fisting primarily due to my tight anal opening. can you please suggest a method or a protocol of daily exercises or treatment to gradually widen my ass.thank you

First off, I'd get some medical anal dilators. They come as sets, with each size gradually larger in diameter, and use a good water based lube. Those, used over time will gradually open the anus to anal sex, and fisting.

Secondly, when your partner is fisting you, make sure that once again, a good amount of quality water based lube is used. Have your partner start slow, with one finger, and work it around slowly, pressing lightly on the sides of the opening until you relax into it before adding another finger each time, using the same method as described above until eventually, all fingers are inserted.

Gradually apply pressure slowly, at all times being gentle, and patiently waiting for your sphincters to relax. You have both an internal and external sphincter, and both have to be stretched gradually, over time. Going to fast will result in a lot of pain, and possible tearing, called a fissure. This is not fun, as fissures take a long time to heal, and may leave you unable to do anal fisting without extreme discomfort.

Slowly slip the hand further and further, being sure to rock it, as well as turning it slowly, stretching the anus and sphincters until the partner can get his hand inside, then very gently have them make a fist, being careful at all times to make sure you are not in too much pain.

Once this is done, your partner should be able to slowly pump your ass with the fist, slowly picking up the pace until both are satisfied. P.S., Be SURE your partner has trimmed their nails! LOL
