Create a profile on collarme.com, alt.com, bondage.com, and fetlife.com.. they are all free sites.. You can discribe what you are looking for and go from there. There is no gaurentee that you will get what you seek but those seem to be good places to start...

i also recommend finding groups in your area where you can meet others and learn what it means to master a concensual slave. It can be very helpful in your learning process. In addition as you know sometimes people are different online than they are in real time.
