BDSM - Cutting

Expert: CougarDomme - 11/6/2009

Question
I have been thinking of experimenting with cutting, well I want to. However never having done this before is there any advice you can offer to minimize the risk of permanent scaring.

She already has a couple of permanent marks on her back which is a result of a whipping. The marks are very light, barely visible on her pale skin, although thy become noticeable when she tans. I would hate to leave her with scaring much worse then that

Answer
You allow her to tan?  Use of a surgical scalpel will definitely minimize scarring because the blade is extremely sharp, however, anything deeper than superficial is going to leave a scar--even GOD leaves scars--look at your navel. The key is to make a clean cut, sanitize it and make sure it doesn't get infected. Super Glue is used by plastic surgeons to close small wounds and to prevent scarring caused by sutures.
