Question
QUESTION: Hi, I spent two days looking for you, someone that is qualified to give me advice :)
I am relatively new to BDSM, looked for years but its only 18 months ago I found my slave. I wold describe myself as a sadist and very much into hurting her and humiliating her and watching other men do so, but not women.
To date I have used ordinary needles, pins and staples on her and often reused them, believing that as long as they are clean it be OK. I used to use sterilizing liquid but recently bought a sterilizing unit
We had no problems up to now, I would use anti septic cream later
But I posted on a forum and was criticized for not using hypodermic needles and for reusing needles
I do not see a problem with either, Ok they might be lower grade metals, but as they are not hollow they do not need to be. re using again as long as they are clean, they may become blunt and so hurt more, oh no
again when cutting would you see a problem in using a craft knife
I will ask you more about cutting if you reply to the above
ANSWER: You should really be using sterile hypodermic needles that come in SIZES that increase pain rather than what you are using because the medical grade needles are designed to minimize tissue damage and nerve damage because once the nerves are damaged they take a very long time IF EVER to regenerate and the tissue is numb so there is no pain for you to enjoy.
As for cutting, you should absolutely be using a scalpel because the cleaner the cut the better the healing and less chance for infection. Also, should she develop an allergy or have a reaction to the cheap base metal, you will have scarring, nerve damage, infection and possible sepsis which can be fatal. Craft knives aren't really sharp enough and are coated with a machine oil to resist rusting so also not a good thing. You can get hypodermic needles that are marked for veterinary use (but are the same as used on people) and this makes them LEGAL to possess plus you can get them in larger sizes. I use 22 gauge for my garden variety "I want a shot as part of my physical" patients but the serious needle sluts like bigger ones--up to a 16 gauge which is BIG. They are cheap, sterile and SHARP and they minimize nerve damage. Shoving a large needle through a nipple and touching it with a vibrator or flicking it mercilessly and leaving it in place for an extended time will make up for the sharpness and there will be a lot of suffering for your girl. You can buy these at a farm supply store (Rural King has a nice selection, I get all my needles, pony supplies, leather straps and whips there for MUCH less than BDSM stores) and it's cheap--a bag of 25 needles is about $5 and you can also get syringes to infuse too. There are things that are very painful but leave no marks or damage--for example you can restrain your slave in tight bondage (and use a gag or the screams will bring the police) and take a cotton ball soaked in rubbing alcohol and swab her anus with it. I promise you will enjoy watching her kick and fight and scream behind the gag--always a lovely sight--and if she's tightly tied you can hold it there for a few minutes (it's fun to do this towards the end of a session when she's a little tired--it really livens up the session) and if you position her to where you can enter her and hold tight and then apply the cotton ball, her cries and frantic struggles will make for a fun game of "Ride'em Cowboy".

Is there somewhere where I shouldn't be putting needles in, obviously there is the spine but how far from the spine I should stay clear, tongue for example,
How long can I leave needles in place?

Stay FAR away from the spine. You can leave the needles in place for pretty much as long as you feel like it, but make sure you push a small cork on to the end of it to keep from sticking yourself. After about an hour the area will become quite sore, particularly if you are adding sensation to the puncture site. Put the needles in meaty parts of the body and push them all the way through the other side and cork them. Tongues are fine, but beware of the blood vessels underneath, chopsticks are much more fun for tongue (or nipple) bondage--have her poke out her tongue and catch it between two chopsticks and secure the ends tightly with rubber bands--makes for a nice gag which is fun and you can put a needle through the end of it or put hot sauce on it to punish her for speaking without permission--and use a very, very hot habanero sauce which causes a great deal of discomfort without any physical damage. It doesn't take too many sessions with habanero sauce to teach your girl not to speak out of turn. Hot sauce can also be used in other areas for a punishment session that leaves no damage but inspires instant obedience in the future because the intensity of the sensation of hot sauce in place of oh say the rubbing alcohol is exponentially more severe--a Q-tip soaked hot sauce placed in the vagina will cause intense suffering for at least 30 minutes after the swab is removed but no permanent damage. Capsaicin is a remarkable substance for teaching correct behavior to a TIGHTLY restrained and gagged/silenced slave. Have fun--and yes I know--I'm a bad woman. LOL
