Question
After sex play with a lot of twisting, pinching, and clamps on my nipples, they sometimes look like they get a thin brown scab over them. The nipples are sore, of course, but no skin has been broken.
Is there something I can do to prevent this, or to soften them up after the 'scab' is on?

Sometimes blood does not need to come to come out through open wounds, but crushed capillary veins and enough pressure could draw some to the surface of skin, specially near nipples since their design as outputs. So i suggest easing on the play a bit localized or warm up to it, without playing too hard too fast. Often enough it is not the level of punishment, but doing it it too fast too often, without giving  chance to body skin  to recover and/or get accustomed. To 'soften' after the scab aloe Vera or shea butter can hydrate and soothe. Otherwise a bit of cortizone gel could help.
