Personally, I would just play into the fantasies you've been using already, but add more to it, more kink, and possibly a little pain, like a couple of clothespins on the nipples, things like that, but don't leave the pins on longer than 15 minutes, and be sure to massage them afterwards, to return the circulation.

As for masturbation techniques, that is something personal to each person, as no two people are alike, and everybody knows what pleases THEM, although I did hear of a three tiered technique, where you bring yourself close three separate times, but only allow yourself to get off on the third try.
