Question
I am a highly intelligent and confident person, I will stand for what I believe in and can be exceedingly stubborn. I also enjoy being an inconvenience for the fun of it, however I am very submissive, but not in a yes-man way. My boyfriend is something of a switch but tends to lean more towards the submissive side. It does not help that most people think that I have him under my thumb and tell him as much. I have told him where I stand, and he wants to be more dominant, but he still is submissive most of the time. How can I help him be more dominant without giving up any part of who I am, or making him feel like he needs to give up part of himself?

Answer
Well it might help for you to attend munches and have time with like minded others.  That way you can talk with others as well build confidences in ones self.

Spend time talking and growing reading and talking about what you read it will help you both to understand yourself s better.

I hope this helps some...but never change the people you are for that will not work.
