I would suggest you get out there and do the leg work.. Find your local groups where you can attend, offer your services.. I would also suggest you sign up for www.fetlife.com you will be able to find more people in your area,,, You can also sign up for collarme.com which though I suggest you be really careful if.. There tends to be alot of people there simply looking for someone to take care of them more then lifestyle relationships. I have found you will have more luck with fetlife then you will collarme.. I also suggest you look into egroups as there are many groups which will point you in the area you need to be in, where the munches are, who is looking, who is searching for a full time relationship, or someone simply to play with. If you are sure of what you want then fetlife will be the best for you.

As I said, look into those books I suggested, get a head start in what it is your looking to be able to do for someone.. Also remember if you do submit to a female, remember you need to know your limits and what you can and can not do, and what you will and won't do..
