BDSM/substitutes for nipple clamps

Question
I have been asked to wear nipple clamps but do not have any could you advise on a safe substitute until I can purchase some? I have also never worn them before where is the safest place to put them? This is not necessarily for pain I odn't think but for humiliation and domination.

Answer
Dear Kellie:

Usually something and simple as a laundry pin (used to hang cloths up to drying a line) would be a good substitute. It stays there, it is visible and applies some pressure without being too horrible. Some hair pins could work if they can grasp flesh without pinching or cutting (got to remember the length of time they will be worn). Also even some small rubber bands can apply some pinch/pressure on nipples well placed, but beware too much of it.
The best place to pinch on the borders of the  areola, since it would have more flesh to grab onto as opposed to only skin. Placing them on the nipples alone  could slip or become too sensitive if worn a long time.  It is a question of pressure over time.

For presentation and looks that should be enough as opposed to pain. I hope this helps.
Be well, be safe and have fun.
