Question
Is there a website where I can get the proper way to conduct a collaring ceremony ?

Answer
Hi Matt:

There may be many descriptions out there just by a judicious use of Google. However you will find that there is no "proper" way to conduct that ceremony. Meaning, there are multiple ways of doing it based on the tastes, sensibilities type and nature of the relationship. There is no just ONE way to do it.
There are as many rituals as there are religions and/or weeding ceremonies. They all may have certain things in commons and many other differences as well. My best guideance would be, for you both find what suits you. Or perhaps in your case for YOU to decide what do you want to be it. It may not be that much different that planning a wedding, since you could decide a minister/witness thing or just vow exchange. Or a more elaborate ritual that may require other maidens or doms.

You can research plenty of the stuff out there and create your own type of ceremony. There is no real "right" way of having a 'collaring ceremony'. It is all an exercise of you imagination and desires and whatever suits you best.

I hope this gave you food for thought. I know you will find what you need.
Be well, be safe and have fun.
