BDSM/how can I become more dominant

Question
I have recently found out that my wife of 7yrs. is very unhappy in our relationship. She desires to be with a Dom. She says she doesn't see me being able to be dominant. I have never taken this role sexually and am not how to begin. Is it possible to "learn" to be dom and if so how.

yes it is and that does not need to be just sexually, but over all.
