hello, i am very new to this lifestyle. i am entering a new relationship and have been given an assignment by my Dom. could you please help giude me in the direction of finding information on the 'sub zone'

Welcome to this life...

"Sub zone" is also called "flying" or "sub-space".  It refers to a time when you have been restrained (probably but not necessarily) and flogged or spanked or (insert form of impact play here) and your body responds to the continual impact by releasing endorphins (think "runner's high").  This release results in you zoning out (going into sub-space) with a lovely floating feeling.

If you do some Internet searches for the terms I gave you, you'll start finding stuff.  You may want to insert the term "BDSM" with the term you're searching for.
