If you have never worn a gag before then the two you have shown will probably not be suitable.

It can be a very strange experience having a gag the first time and having a gag which puts something in your mouth completely can be even stranger and potentially uncomfortable as they tend to hold the wearers tongue down.

What you should look at are either open mouth gags which will keep the mouth open making it easy to breath or even better training ball gags. The training gags come in a variety of sizes and have larger holes in them to make breathing not an issue.
