where can I find a correctional facility that would enable me to live out my fantasy of being kept behind bars , chained, whipped with maybe a bit of hard labour thrown in. That is if such a place exists! Many thanks at your anticipated reply

Wowo.... loves the idea of working out a jail fantasy.
It's been my experience that there are not actual facilities for incarceration fantasies. However, you may find individuals interested in creating an situation that resembles that fantasy. For example: I had a friend who was really wanted to be kidnapped. It took him a while but he found others interested in doing the kidnapping. It would take a while to work out the details but they managed it.
One way you can begin your search is online on a BDSM social networking site. One such site is www.fetlife.com / Bondage.com / Alt.com On these sites there are a number of discussion groups along with a search feature that allows you to look for people in your area. You never know you may find someone wishing to be a jailer...
