Question
I am wanting to live the life of a slave and master relationship. We have been married for 16 years and we are in our 50s. I wish to be broken, but how do I teach her, what book would best serve her to learn. I don't want to be a sub online because I consider that cheating.

You really need to talk to her about this and read a lot of books together. You need to negotiate, experiment, and figure out what you both want and are comfortable with. You can learn, but there isn't some book that's going to magically turn your wife into Master.
