Bottom line is, if She doesn't want to, She won't. You could speak with Her again, explain yourself, and allow Her to speak as well, so you can find out why She doesn't want to. It could be that bdsm isn't Her thing.

Also, offer to do the housework yourself in exchange for the caning. If She starts to get into it more, She might become what you need, but, like in all things, milage will vary so to speak.
