ok here is my question... should a Dom that is learning how to BE a Dom be 'trained' by his slave? having been a Dom ol for several years [but never in rl for various reasons] I don't think this is right...

A friend of mine and his wife are in a relationship where he is Master and the 2 girls are [wife]submissive [girl] slave.... problem is neither Him or his wife really know what to do or how...

Should He seek out another Dom to perhaps Train him in what to do?

[the slave training him so to speak strikes me as her topping from the bottom...]

Historically there have been occasions where a slave has helped to teach a master about mastery via their surrender and by sharing the slaves perspectives. This is usually in conjunction with mentoring by another Master/Mistress.

I dont ever recommend the master's slave being placed in the position of mentoring while being owned by their owner. I believe it can create issues in the dynamic.

Personally, and based on my own slave experience, i believe when a person takes on the role of master it means that that person has studied and developed their style and skill. I dont think that one needs to go to Master college and get a degree, but i do believe that the path to mastery is one of commitment,skill and knowledge. Otherwise it seems to me more of a role play and fantasy than a lifestyle. No judgement either way.

So to answer  your question. slaves with real life "experience and knowledge" can help a master realize his or her potential. However the skill and knowledge aspect is best done through the guidance and mentorship of a peer not a subordinate..
