What wil happen to my husband's balls if they are kept forcd up inside him.

Answer
Keeping your husbands testicles up inside his body is vary dangerous, and may cause either testicular torsion or cancer if done for any length of time. People who's testicles never dropped at are an increased risk of testicular cancer, which can spread throughout the lymph system (Metastasis), or could cause testicular torsion, wherein the blood supply is cut off of the testes, causing gangrene, and requiring the amputation of the testes. The symptoms of testicular cancer are a pulling feeling in the affected testicle, or pain in the testicle, or groin area, which may be either constant, or intermittent, and swelling of the affected testicle. Testicular torsion symptoms include swelling of the testicle, and pain. In either case, immediate medical attention will be required to prevent death from complications.

A person who has had a testicle amputated for medical reasons can still lead a normal life, and have sex, just with diminished capacity in the area of sperm production, and a prosthesis can be inserted medically to give the scrotum a normal look, although testosterone therapy may be necessary for the patient, due to the reduced testosterone levels produced.
