I recently read where a guy made a homemade Sybian type vibrating fuck machine out off a 15,000 rpm orbital sander, a vac-u-lock attachment and a half a plastic 30 gal on barrel.  He claimed he could tie his lady to it and she would have over a dozen forced orgasms, even to the point of passing out.

I can't afford a Sybian and would love to make one of these but need help as I'm totally non-mechanical.  I was hoping you could tell me of a website that promotes homemade bondage toys that may have someone who would build one of these and then provide a step by step building guide on this sweet sounding torture device.  Any suggestions on where to go to for advice on building one of these?

Although I can imagine that there might be some techie type out there  who could build their own sybian or other home made erotic projects, there are not many people out there who sell their creations and those who do might charge you substancially for it.
BUt being a non-technical type also puts you in double trouble situation. The only at home, do-it-yourself projects that I have seen online are nowhere near the scope of building a sybian-like machine. Otherwise they one seem to cover  small ideas on how to use household and hardware store items for restrain.
You may try asking any ofthe other experts, yet somehow I am not aware of anyone who has a do it yourself sybian kit, or  major BDSM gear. Most people who create this things are self taught craftsmen. People into electronics, carpentry, leather crafting, lathing, etc.
I apologize i do not have the news and insight you may want. Otherwise best of wishes in finding other alternatives, or saving for eventual purchase.
