First off that was something to read!  Now I know many with this problem and well many do not have sex at all after a session.  Most of the time a session can set off endorphins and all that well can make sex hard to happen.  Most I know have play and sex that to not over lap, as I can say I am one of them that can not do them both following each other.  My head is in the wrong place from the play time and I can not bring it back.  

So I would try well having a play session and no sex…then other times have sex with no play session and see what happens.
