Question
How much time should I give my sub between scenes? I know she will be sore for a while, but am not sure how lond I should wait between scenes. Is there some sort of formula for this, or is it just about the same for everybody?

Usually a week should suffice for most scenes, as it takes about a week for the bruises and marks to heal properly. During this week, watch the subs body for signs of trouble, such as a bruise, or cut not healing properly, and if necessary, get the sub medical attention. The Howard Brown Medical group is comprised of Lifestyle doctors and nurses who are familiar with the lifestyle, and the injuries caused by it during scening. They have a polocy of protecting those into the lifestyle, as well as providing free confidential hiv/aids testing, and do not notify authorities unless there are actual signs of abuse. I would recommend an aloe based lotion, or, if it can be found, Arnika for the bruises, as it tends to minumise the bruises, and helps them to heal quicker.
