BDSM/How to become a master

Question
My husband and I want to become master of a 24/7 subgirl...we only know what that means from reading it online.  We realize it's a serious education.  Can you help us with at least step one?  We are really serious about having a slave.  We want to make sure we do it right.

Answer
What most of us live 24/7 is something that is ingrained into us.  As to just learning it so you can have a slave, well I would say you need to get involved in your area and learn more about it all first.  There are munches in most areas so I would try that first.

Becoming a Master and a Mistress is a lot of work and requires a lot of time, it is NOT just giving orders to another.
