Hi hope i can help a bit, just seen your question is very much older but may help someone else.   we have some protocols i follow which are hidden form the children ,  i never wear underwear indoors.  i always sit on the floor or kneel (the kids just think i am a hippy.  i always ask to get into bed at night and then if i want to snuggle before hes snuggled i always ask,  or to leave the room we are in if the kids are around i word it to sound general as is his reply but we both know the real meaning.  if he is out and i need to leave the house i always text him and ask and always text to say when i am home.   his meal is always first on the table.  and there are other little things i do that to the outside world are not obvious but to us. i wear a very short neckalce which to the world looks like a short necklace but to us its a collar and a symbol of our love commitment and trust
