I always wanted a chastity devise for myself but never wanted to spend the money for one.  I was wondering of you might know of a way to make one for men.

I'm gonna say no. You can look at some designs in our store at eXtremeRestraints.com, and then try imitating them in plastic or steel, but you could spend a lot of time and money and end up with something that is uncomfortable, abrasive, and altogether unpleasant. I just don't think that they cost enough to justify the time and effort in making your own. Also, have you looked at the CB line. Those are complex. There might be a way to make your own, but I don't know it. Try Google.
