I find that all of the elaborateness of BDSM doesnt work much, for me. I'm the dominant member in our relationship and my sub, although she doesn't believe in any limits other than lasting physical damage, will protest and squirm around a lot (as she prefers to be handled rather roughly). The problem is, that full body harnesses or even simple cuffs (get cuffs, wait while I apply cuffs, take sub to attachment point, attach cuffs to hooks) take too much time and kills the fiery spontanaety of the whole thing.
So far, the best improvised restraint, I've found, is to use a belt, above her elbows and behind her back: it works quickly and gives reasonable control. Of course, now it's getting old. Do you have any other ideas for simple, fast and effective restraints that don't kill the momentum?

I would suggest arm binders. Thy are quick to apply, and hold the arms immobile behind the slave rather well. Short of superglue, I can't think of anything faster to apply. They slip up over the hands to above the elbow, and then fasten over the shoulders, with a simple strap which keeps the straps from slipping back off.

There are also slave bracelets, which can be worn permanently and fastened together with a double snap clip. I use bullrings for this. They are available at any rural farm supply store, such as Rural King, and are able to be ordered through the internet.

These rings are designed to go through the nose of a bull, then the screw applied, and then the tab broken off, making them permenent. They are made of brass, and are fairly thick, and so will not break easily.

Simply pull the slave's arms behind their back, and fasten them together. Even a padlock will work with these rather well, and prevent the slave from removing them.
