 I suggest you venture out into the vanilla world. The thing that makes a bracelet locking is a lock, so really you just need something the right size and a good little lock. If you don't want to walk up to someone and tell them what you want engraved, you might be able to abuse one of those dog tag making machines that they have at the pet store.
