I keep hearing about a points system. I have a sub who keeps telling me about this and I have no idea how to do this. I believe it is about when a sub either is good or bad in their training that you add or subtract points. Is there anyway you can help me on this?

Personally, I have never heard of a point system, but I guess it is possible that one exists, somewhere. I never used a point system with my slave. If they screw up, I either discipline them, or punish them, depending upon the situation involved, and the severity of the screw up.

To me, assigning points would make the Lifestyle seem like nothing more than a game, where scores are kept, and rewards and punishments are dolled out depending on who is winning at that moment.

In my house, it is Me who decides when punishment or rewards are given, and not some point system. I am the One in charge, and what I say goes, end of story, although others might do things differently in their home.

In either event, You need to let Your sub or slave know that You are in charge, and what You says goes, whether You use a point system or not. Personally, I wouldn't use such a system, as it could lead to arguments from Your sub/slave as to whether they deserved punished, or rewarded for something done.
