Question
Hi i am a submissive who has been playing with a Dominant for a few weeks now. . .recently he asked me to alter one of my bras and i am wondering if you think this is safe. . .I am into pain but i'm not sure about this one. . he showed me how to separate the two layers of a bra and line the inside with thumbtacks so that they poke my tits when i wear it. . .as much fun as this sounds i am wanting to make sure this is safe before i do it.

Answer
So long as the spikes do not enter too far, or cause open wounds, I see no problem with the mod of the bra. If there are open wounds, make sure to keep them treated with a good triple antibiotic, as well as allowing time between wearing the bra to allow your breasts to heal.

Also, make sure the spikes do not enter the nipples themselves, as there is a possibility of cellulitis, a form of blood poisoning that will need to be treated with oral antibiotics.

Be well, play safe, and have fun!
