Question
The "check engine" and "change oil" lights came on.  I changed the oil myself but the check engine light wil not go off.  Is there something I can do?

special tools needed to reset both check engine and check oil... bmw will charge u 100 bux for 1hour labor they can tell u why the check engine light is on (prob. a bad 02 sensor) and they can reset ur oil light to. Jiffy Lube and other National Oil Service centers should be able to reset the oil light.
