Hi Kenneth,
I live in Ireland and was wondering when did the engine change from the 136bhp to the common rail 150bhp diesel?
Also is there much of a performance difference, and do you recommend tuning boxes for more power and torque?

I would like to answer your question, but i dont want to lie to you either. i am american, we dont get diesels over here so i dont really have any first hand experience with the diesel engine that bmw uses. virtually no one in us buys diesels except in work trucks over here.
