I am sure I have some electrical issues, when I manually flip the windsheild washers on (by pulling down once) my emergency flashers come on! If I flip it up to turn it on full blast, they don't. My passenger side low beam light will not come back on, even tho I have replaced the bulb, and my driver side turn siganl works great when the lights are not on, but even if you put the parking lights on (and head lights) The light sticks on, and will NOT blink. My radio can not be heard if the volume is on normal, but turned up to a full blast, it can barely put out sound. (I do not thump the base!) Are these all electrical issues? Help!!!! I'm a girl and it makes no sense to me that these could all be related.

Did all of this happen at once or did it just kind of evolve and what year is the car? The washer/turn signal problem sounds like the stalks themselves, the lighting problems sound lika a lamp module, and if it is the original radio it is time to take it to Best Buy for an Alpine in dash cd player. Don't even bother having that one rebuilt or find a used one. Radio technology is as good as home computers, that one is long past it's life expectancy.
