BMW/Car pulls even after alignment

Question
On a 1988 325ic if i make a U-turn or hard turn the steering will continue to pull in that direction for anywhere between a few blocks or a few miles before correcting itself.
Max,
Is the steering wheel returning to 12:00 position, and the car is pulling? Or are you saying that the steering wont return to 12:00 after a sharp turn.
Chances are that the alignment isn't at fault. Its probably the steering rack getting seized up. Have you checked/changed the fluid in the powersteering system?
I would do those things, then we'll go from there.
