The back of my driver's seat comes up lopsided. help, please.

It sounds like the mechinism is off axis.  I would remove the backing and inspect the chairs horizontal axis of movement.  Look for missing nuts or bolts. etc. If all else fails I have a driver side, black leather heated seat for sale (atlanta area) shipping might get expensive (its about 70lb.) hope this helps.
