automatic transmission
i have problem where after about 30 mins of driving an orange light comes on, in shape of a gear cog, and the transmission will not change up ur down as it is i think in safe mode
any ideas, hope it is a simple fix!!!!

Unfortunately these cars are not my specialty, and I dont think I have any knowledge about their systems (I work on the older ones).

I can answer questions related to the BMW e30. These are the cars produced from 1984-1991 (1992 for convertable) in the United states. I am more fluent with the six cylinder models, although few things changed for the 4 cylinder cars. I know most of the problematic areas of these cars, and have found ways to fix them.
