Question
After coming to a full stop light, I start drivign away, but it feels like the car is not moving as fast as it should (especially on 4 and 5th gear). It feels as if the break was locked or as if the car was pulling a heavy load. Is my break locking?

Answer
Carlos,
It's hard for me to tell, especially without driving or seeing the car.

When you get done driving the car (for 10-15 minutes), get out and feel of all the wheels.  If one is considerably warmer than the others, you probably have a brake sticking on that wheel.

 Good luck,
 Josh

Expertise

I can answer questions related to the BMW e30. These are the cars produced from 1984-1991 (1992 for convertable) in the United states. I am more fluent with the six cylinder models, although few things changed for the 4 cylinder cars. I know most of the problematic areas of these cars, and have found ways to fix them.

Experience

I have owned six different E30's over the last 10 years. I do all my own work, and know about ever nut and bolt on these cars.
