Question
At 60 degree temp the car takes 20 min. to warm up.The car will sputter and won't go over 15mph.When it warms up it runs fine.What could be some possible problems.

Are there any oil leaks?Has the fuel filter been replaced?If there are any leaks it causes an unmeasured air leak and will also cause the car to burn a little oil.You need to check the fuel pressure.Also the intank fuel pump to make sure it too is working
