Hi I need to know what i need to do to activate the phone button on the steering wheel.  

Also how do I replace the indicator light.  We pressed the tabs (which cracked) but the unit does not budge at all.  Do i need to   unscrew the whole light assembly?

Answer
You need to install a bmw phone in your trunk in order to use the phone buttons on your steering wheel.  To change the turn signal bulb whcih I think is what you are talking about you have to remove the whole headlight assembly.  I'ts not fun either.  Good luck..
