Question

My blower motor started working and not working. Now it doesn't work at all. The digital settings in the dash are all reading normal. Could it be the blower relay, blower resistor or blower motor ????

Answer
Yes, could be the lower relay, resistor, or motor.

I'd recommend getting a voltage tester.  Basically a probe with a light in it and a grounding wire.  Should be less than $10.  Will tell you when you are seeing power.  Then start at one end of the circuit and work your way toward the other.  Find what point you have power, then when you don't.

My guess from you're description would be the relay, but I wouldn't bet on it.  Get the tester and chase it down.
