I cant seem to get my passenger side head rest to go back down. Any ideas on how? Seems it was pulled a little to far.

This is a relatively common problem on BMW's from this era. Essentialy the cable slides out of the drive.

There is a clever fix that involves pulling off the back cover of the seat, and inserting a short piece of wire.  Check it by searching on www.roadfly.com
