cant find OBD connector in my car 1995 BMW 740i ,also how do i use my OBD 2 scanner for OBD 1???thank you

Answer
The only connector that you can use is the round connector that is located under the hood.Your OBD2 scanner will not work on the 1995 BMW. The only way of retrieving any information would be to have the specific cartridge for BMW(as Snapon tools has).I have had the tool and it really didn't help as there basically had no memory.This is where you need to purchase a quality manual.
