I have a 1994 BMW 325is and when i drive it and only when the engine is warm, when i try to accelerate it stutters and it is missing. I dont know what is wrong, any help would be appreciated.

Tough to diagnosis this one without seeing it, but I would guess fuel filter, injectors, or vacuum leak.  If the fuel filter is old, changing it will make sense whether it's the problem or not.  If problem still exists, run a can of injector cleaner through the system.  If the problem still exists, take it somewhere to get it diagnosed
