Hi I have an E46 BMW it came with Cassette player i changed it to a BMW CD player the red flashing light is not working ,when i install the radio Cassette back it works  fine when i lock the car but wen i re install the business CD player and i lock the door it dose not work PLS Help.

Sounds like everything is working exceptit doesn't show the light.  If that's true, I would leave it alone.

If you want to play it further, you'll first have to determine if the new radio and old radio are 100% compatible, and if the new one really is tied into the light.

I'd forget about it
