John,
I have a 2002 330i and have problem with the front right signal light. I checked the bulb by removing the housing and the bulb is in good condition. I put it back worked for few minutes and stop working again and also getting the display on the panel, please help.

Two things:

1.  Replace the bulb.  These often have a damaged filament that can make and break contact, so that it works for a few minutes than stops.  Very common.

2.  Make sure it's the correct bulb.  Slight differences can throw the bulb checking logic off.
